Welcome to My Money! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our personal financial management app ("Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to comply with these Terms.

My Money is a personal financial management platform that offers:

• Management of multiple bank accounts

• Recurring expense control

We offer two plans: FREE (free with ads and limitations) and PREMIUM (paid, ad-free with unlimited features).

3. Account Creation and Responsibilities

3.1 Requirements to Create Account

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Keep your account information up to date
• Do not create multiple personal accounts
• Do not share your access credentials
• If you are under 18, we recommend using the service under supervision of a guardian

3.2 Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activities performed on your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4.3 Billing and Refunds

Billing: The premium plan is billed in advance at the beginning of each billing period.

Refund: You can request full refund within 7 days of first purchase. After this period, we do not offer proportional refunds.

Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription anytime. Premium access will continue until the end of the paid period.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for illegal or unauthorized purposes
• Violate local, national or international laws
• Attempt to access other users' accounts
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Reverse engineer or decompile the software

• We detect fraudulent or illegal activity
• Your account has been inactive for more than 2 years (FREE plan)
• There is payment failure (PREMIUM plan)

11.3 Effects of Termination

After termination, you will lose access to the Service and your data. There will be no refund for unused period, except as provided in the guarantee section.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue the Service (or any part of it) at any time, with or without notice. We will not be liable for any modification, suspension or discontinuation of the Service.
